Thiospark is advancing strategic discussions with Pengjin Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (Huizhou, China), a major battery equipment manufacturer, to enable large-scale production of up to one million solid-state lithium-ion and lithium-sulfur batteries alongside key end-user partners.

Thiospark and China’s  Zhongyu Feima New Materials Technology Innovation Center (Zhengzhou) Co., Ltd. (中豫飞马新材料技术创新中心(郑州)有限公司) (Yiwu Feima) have come together from 23-10-2025 to scale up innovative solid state battery technology.

Thiospark has signed an agreement with the Centre for Advanced 2D Materials (CA2DM), NUS, to access a battery fabrication facility equipped with a 1% RH dry room. This controlled-atmosphere infrastructure enables the development of advanced solid-state lithium-sulfur batteries and accelerates the production of 30Ah high-energy cells targeting energy densities exceeding 650 Wh/kg.
